I’m a former teacher with 15 years experience, an ex Weightwatchers leader, single mother of 3 and I’m passionate about all things to do with Wellbeing and unlocking long-forgotten potential in everyone I meet. Establishing Empower Inspire CIC is the next logical step in achieving my dream of an empowered, resilient community of positive thinkers.

Hello. My name is Kay and I’m a mum of 3 wonderful children. I have a working background of 29 years as a retail manager. Working at Empower has given me the opportunity to meet many wonderful people who enjoy our groups and also volunteer with us to make a difference in the communities we have set up in.
Sian Evans
Director
Since 2010 I have worked part time in Neath College. I work as a study support assistant. I do sign language and am supporting a deaf student. I have also been a Slimming World Consultant for the past 5 years and I adore helping people achieve their weight loss dreams & gain confidence along the way.
Ilove helping out in our groups. It’s so rewarding and it’s making a huge difference to their lives x
Caroline Titcombe

I’m Caroline and I taught geography from year 7 to A level for 20 years in three different schools. I have three children aged from 6 to 19; my youngest is autistic and so I have learned a lot in recent years about how to help her to bring out her amazing gifts and qualities. I love the outdoors, nature and cooking as well as music, reading, cross stitch and I just love trying new things. I know how important it is to get out there and take every opportunity you can, even if it’s scary and I’m looking forward to helping others with that!
