Sunflower Singers

Singing is a well recognised way to improve feelings of Wellbeing. Our Sunflower Singers groups are a totally joyful way to spend our time, where a warm welcome awaits. Join us for a singalong, friendship and a cuppa which has made our Sunflower Singers groups at Margam and Cwmgwrach a real success story. We recently held our first ‘gig’ at Aberafan Shopping Centre providing entertainment for the shoppers on a rainy Saturday afternoon, we all had a great time singing along to our favourite tunes and holding space and seats for everyone who wanted to join in.

Empower Inspire CIC are Delivery Partners for the Alzhiemer’s Society, and it is well documented the value of singing on the Wellbeing of individuals living with Dementia – but our doors are open to everyone. A totally inclusive, safe space where everyone is welcome to share in our love of music and singing. The classes are a wonderful mix of fun, joyful singing, and a heartwarming sense of community.
